Yoga for Women's Wellness - A Spring 1 Day Retreat
Sunday29th March 2020
09:00-09:20 - Arrival and welcome with tea, snacks and chats.
09:30-12:00 - An uplifting and healing yoga class where you will draw upon a variety of therapeutic and feminine yoga, breathing, meditation and aromatherapy practices to gently detoxify and support your overall wellness and female vitality as you transition into the new season.
12:00-14:00 - A delicious, seasonal and locally sourced vegetarian lunch including soup and platters filled with a selection of breads, vegetables, fruit, cheese and dips. All made with love by the wonderful Sophia Christie of Nourish & Bloom.
14:00-15:30 - Free time to wander the beautiful grounds and surrounds, connect with others or simply just rest.
15:45 - 17:00 - Rejuvenating and restful Yin Yoga class to allow all the magic of the day to settle into your body and being, along with a reflective meditation and journaling session to set your intentions for the season ahead.
17:00-17:30 - Goody bags, farewells and departure

Rebecca has been trained by Dr Uma Dinsmore-Tulli and is a Womb Yoga teacher. The practice of Womb Yoga enables us to access the inner guidance of our source wisdom so that we may more readily reside in well-being and peace with our experiences as women.
